About Me
I've been working with energy healing for more than 30 years. I was first drawn to learn Reiki at 18 due to having chronic fatigue after a spinal fusion. Our modern medical system wasn't equipped to help, so I looked elsewhere. After doing my first level of Reiki training, I healed from the illness and better managed pain levels, but I also got so much more than that. It opened me up to my souls calling and I felt connected to a loving higher presence that I'd been searching for. Then being able to pass that onto others felt such a gift and honour that I've always held very sacred to my heart.
I continued to expand my spiritual teachings throughout the years in-between raising a family, working, and the normal life callings. But no matter how busy life got something within always drew me back to learn more about myself, how to heal the trauma's I had gone through and how to create a better life for myself and all those around me.
In my 30's I was given the opportunity to learn Universal White Time Healing and Board of Knowledge. This gentle, yet highly expansive energy brought me to tears the first time I experienced it. And for me it awakened my soul even further and connected me back to my soul's origin, plus my intuition and soul gifts opened more. I began to understand why I'd gone through certain things in my life and what it was trying to teach me on a soul level. This understanding gave me a sense of acceptance and peace that I didn't have before.
Then in my mid 30's a near death experience, changed my life completely once again. I left my job and started studying counselling full time. Spirit gave me the push I needed to now own my spiritual path despite any judgements. I've always been interested in the practical, grounded ways to change our thinking and our lives and this gave me that, which for me was the missing piece to the energy work I already did. During the training I became aware of my own unconscious thoughts and beliefs from family and society's programming that had been holding me back and once I was aware, I was able to change my minds thinking to better support what I wanted to create. Again it opened up another journey of self awareness and change, that ultimately lead to more inner freedom and happiness.
By no means do I say I have everything worked out or my life is always great, I'm continually learning as we all are. But I do feel I have many tools and experiences that I've learnt over my life and it would be my privilege to assist you on your journey of healing and self discovery.

Each of these healings can be used safely for adults, children, animals, and plants, and all of these healing’s can be offered in person and all energy healings offered via distance. The energy works the same through distance and I've had some amazing feed back from distance healing sessions.
These healing energies have a unique intelligence of their own. Opening and healing what is most needed in the moment, creating a powerful, yet gentle and nurturing experience.

The Board of knowledge is an advanced spiritual practice. Using ancient holy signs from each board to help one grow and evolve towards enlightenment, bliss and unconditonal love. Opening new insights, opportunities and awareness's. The B.O.K has a intelligence that adapts to your specific needs.

Gem Stone and Energy Healing
Gem stone healing uses crystals in specific layouts on the bodies chakras to realign, re-calibrate, raise your vibration, and create healing. During this session I will also add energy healing to support the process.

Distance Healing
I offer Reiki, Universal White Time Healings, Board of Knowledge and Board of Angels, all via distance. The energy works the same as in person.
Sound Healing Under a Large Giza Copper Pyramid
Sound Healing uses sound as a way to open, clear, balance and cleanse our energy and chakra's in a gentle nurturing way, yet offers profound shifts for many. During this session you can also lie comfortably under the large copper pyramid that for centuries has been used for it's countless healing benefits.

Counselling Sessions
At times we all need someone to share our thoughts and feelings with and to gain a new perspective on how to move forward in life, or to cope with the challenges we are facing. I have a lot of lived experience and compassion, as well as practical training to guide you to where you want to be in life.

Shamanic Journey Session
A Shamanic Journey Session is a guided meditative experience that uses the rhythmic beat of the drum to help you access your inner wisdom, intuition, and spiritual guidance. In a safe and supportive space, you are guided to receive insight, healing, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself. Each journey is unique, offering opportunities for personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual transformation.
