***Reiki is an energy healing technique where 'life force' energy is channelled through to the client to assist in stress reduction and relaxation, allowing the mind, body and spirit to better align with health and well-being. Reiki has become a very trusted energy treatment that has great results for better health.
***Universal White Time Healing is an advanced divine energetic healing that comes directly from the universe’s well of light, the very fabric of creation. Unlike other healings it combines all colours, all tones, and all time, providing healing in the past, present and future, while balancing the body with the correct energetic frequencies of sound and colour. U.W.T.H is used by all beings in the universe and beyond, therefore it expands our own awareness and its unique intelligence goes deeply within our beings to stimulate healing on the physical, mental, emotional and higher levels. Because of its origin it is a very powerful gift of pure love to heal, harmonize and expand. It can heal past life trauma, trauma from this life and clear and activate our DNA and create cellular healing. For me it awakened my soul's purpose and gave me a sense of coming home to my soul when I first experienced it.
During a U.W.T.H session I'm also able too,

*Clear one's lungs, great if you have lung issues or a smoker.
*Add light tubes (these are like batteries of concentrated energy healing), great if there is issues with a organ, or injury with a limb, ankle, etc. These are also good as pain relief! These can be as small as for a tooth, to as big as the entire upper body.
*Add light walls, these are fantastic as protection. Good if you know you'll be going somewhere with dense energy. These can also be used to clear a home and protect it.
*Close leaking energies.
*Cleansing the stomach.
***The Board of Knowledge (B.O.K) is an ancient energy and force that comes from the beginning of everything to assist us with spiritual enlightenment.
Each board has 36 signs, but it is so much more than that! There are also invisible Signs and Signs that fuse together. The board is a vibrational language and the meaning very complex. Each sign is a living thing. The same sign can be given multiple times, but each time the effect will be different, so you can never outgrow the board. The board is guided by a Divine Intelligence that is not easy to comprehend.
During a session I give signs shown to me by the boards intelligence, to the receiver's chakra’s, energy fields, and body. Initiating deeply expansive shifts in consciousness. The openings created from the board always lead a person in the best direction and the highest path and spiritual understanding that is unique for each. In turn many levels of healing and awakening happen over time. So after this session is when the real magic begins!
There is no one that couldn't benefit from the board no matter how enlightened they are. Everyone in our universe uses the board, even Archangels, Divine Masters, Angels, ET's, everyone! It is the most ancient form of opening people up, for their path of enlightenment in the best possible way for each person.
The Board of Knowledge is not connected to any Spiritual path or religion. It is helping each person in their own specific and individual way towards enlightenment. Everything from the smallest blade of grass, to the biggest planet is on an evolutionary path to higher Spirituality.

Board 1 - is connected to the physical body and aura. Assists us to move through trauma, and any physical challenges.
Board 2 - Is connected with our psychological and emotional selves. Including our subconscious thoughts, patterns and desires.
Board 3 - Is connected with our spiritual selves and works through time and space. This board also opens access to the subtle light worlds, fairies, angels and our own spirit.

***The Board of Angels, is a branch from the entirety of the board of knowledge. Angel Board comes in the form of energy (true radiant light) and signs given through me. Connecting to the highest Holy Divine Angels from beyond even the creation of this reality. It also connects us to the purest winged ones in all forms from this earth. There is a beautiful softness, yet divine strength that comes through which connects us with the very essence of holy energy. As our Earth and us evolves further through the ascension process, this gift has been given to humanity now. This energy is complete unconditional love and care in a way that most of us do not fully understand yet. The softness of these Angels has no description. Yet their strength of Love and true caring is also indiscernible. It can only be experienced.
As the energy of unconditional love flows during a session, you're more able to let go of past traumas, hurts, unforgiveness, blame, etc that can only be released through the quality of unconditional love. Thus stepping more fully into the power of your own divinity, your souls true form and gifts.
During a session, I bring in the Angels frequency of unconditional love, and use holy signs from the Board of Angels, to nurture and open you up to love in a completely new way. This is one of the most gentle, nurturing healing experiences, that heals any hurts ready to be released and holds the you in complete unconditional love, so your mind, body and spirit come into harmony, peace and balance. This is the energy of new earth, of complete love and divinity.

I have a range of crystal singing bowls, powerful gongs, flutes, shamanic drums, chimes, rattles and various other instruments all attuned to healing frequency's, to deeply relax and replenish your body back to healthy alignment. Private sessions are offered under a large copper Giza pyramid, where you can lay down with the added benefits and healing properties of copper. Used for centuries for it’s stress reduction, improved health, chakra balancing, protection, clear thoughts, and enhanced visions. I also work in the community and offer group sessions.
***Gem stone healing uses crystals in specific layouts on the chakras to assist with connecting to nature, stress relief, life force energy, balancing the body, for physical and emotional well-being, spiritual advancement and so much more. Each crystal holds a unique sacred energy, a wisdom millions of years old embedded within. When placed correctly upon the body the vibration of the crystals can realign, re-calibrate, raise your vibration, create healing, awaken and balance the mind, body and spirit. Crystals have been used throughout time to assist humanity, and are a sacred gift to all of us.
During a Gem Stone Healing I also add energy healing to assist the process, so the client gets the most out of the session.
***Counselling sessions, At times we all need someone to listen to us, to offer a space to share our deepest fears and challenges. I can offer intuitive guidance when appropriate, but I mainly like to guide you to your own answers, as no-one is a better authority of your life than you. I’ve had many life experiences and know what it’s like to be as low as one can be and how to get back up from that place. Because of this I have a deep understanding and compassion for the struggles we sometimes encounter in life and enjoy guiding people to live their best lives.
***Aromatherapy massage and energy healing, this is a deeply restorative session. Experience a gentle, soothing massage that incorporates natural doTERRA oils, each selected for their unique aromatic benefits. Plus enhance your relaxation with a blend of Universal White Time Healing and Reiki energy. This session is designed to invoke a sense of peace, balance and rejuvenation.
***Shamanic Journeying Session, A Shamanic Journey Session is a meditative experience that uses the rhythmic beat of the drum. We work together to set your intention of what you want to gain or release during the session. I then travel to different worlds for you, to bring intuition and guidance. Before guiding you though what is coming up for you to release (an extraction) or bring back (soul retrieval), to create peace, inner power and alignment. Each journey is unique, offering opportunities for personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual transformation. You can also be guided to met your power animal or have a past life experience and much more.
